MARKETING SUITE FOR APARTMENT BUILDING, BALMAIN

Interior Design for property developers Australand. The brief was as follows:

- To produce an interior reflecting the aesthetic of the apartment building being marketed (Clean-lined, modern & dynamic)
- To efficiently space plan both front and back of house facilities for sales staff and give the public a sense of ease.
- To design & document the project in an extremely tight timeframe.

Space planning, joinery, lighting & furniture design were key elements. This image illustrates the purpose made reception desk in white polyurethane finish.
