GLASS FLOORED BALCONY, PADDINGTON

Contemporary glass-floored rear balcony to a terrace house in Paddington.

A minimal steel framed structure was employed to maintain the rigid structure required to insert a glass floor. The concept evolved from a desire to maximise light to the major downstairs living area while maintaining a contemporary, modern feel for the balcony.
