CHILTERN BLDG, PENTHOUSE APARTMENT, CENTRAL LONDON

The corner penthouse apartment was located in this building, formerly a hotel built in 1929.

A major aspect of this project was that design work was carried out in Australia; the client based in Africa and the contractor clearly in London.

Several visits were made by us to London to establish the bones of the design and develop a procurement system.

Personal contacts in London plus modern telecommunications were vital to the success of the project.
